Summary

The Director of User Experience is responsible for leading the UX team and ensuring that all products deliver an exceptional user experience. This role involves strategic planning, design oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the UX design team,

Develop and implement user experience strategy,

Collaborate with product management and engineering to integrate UX into product development,

Oversee user research and usability testing,

Ensure consistency in design across all company products,

Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers,

Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field,

4+ years of experience in UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership role,

Proven track record of managing a team and delivering successful UX outcomes,

Strong portfolio of design projects,

Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking,

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills,

Proficiency in design software and wireframing tools.
