The Compliance Pain

At Regions Bank, Candin Jones led DevOps, Platform Engineering, Enterprise API, and SRE — all compliance-heavy disciplines. He wasn't just observing the problem; he was the owner of standards and requirements across the organization and saw firsthand how disconnected compliance and training systems left leaders flying blind.

The Upskilling Pain

At ACI Worldwide, OPPD, and Regions Bank, Candin experienced and saw leaders struggling with the same issues: no visibility into team readiness, unproductive legacy solutions, no accountability for success, and rampant low productivity.

The Spark

As a standards owner, Candin built simple spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards to track skills, training, and compliance readiness. They were not fancy — but people loved them. Those simple tools planted the seed for something much bigger.
