Fundamental Awareness
At the fundamental awareness level, individuals have a basic understanding of UX design principles and terminology. They are aware of the importance of user-centered design and have a rudimentary knowledge of color theory and typography. Novice

Intermediate
Intermediate-level practitioners can create interactive prototypes and conduct user interviews. They understand advanced design principles and can apply heuristic evaluations. They are proficient in using advanced features of design tools and can analyze the results of their designs.
Advanced
Advanced practitioners can create complex, multi-platform UX designs and conduct A/B tests. They understand cognitive psychology and can apply advanced usability testing methods. Advanced practitioners can manage and lead UX projects and have a deep understanding of the implications of their design decisions.
Expert
Experts have mastered UX design tools and techniques and can innovate new design solutions. They can manage large-scale UX projects and mentor others in UX design. Experts have a deep understanding of human-computer interaction and can apply this knowledge to create intuitive and effective designs.
