Summary
The Enterprise Agile Coach works with organizational leaders, teams, and individuals to implement Agile practices, methodologies, and mindsets. They focus on improving Agile delivery across the enterprise, encouraging Adaptability, and enhancing collaboration. The role involves facilitating change at different organizational levels to improve overall business agility and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Guide and coach the organization in Agile delivery methodologies and principles.
Develop and deliver training sessions on Agile topics and best practices.
Facilitate strategic planning and transformation initiatives with Agile values.
Mentor Agile teams through their development journey, ensuring alignment with Agile ceremonies and roles.
Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and improve team delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a large enterprise organization.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and Lean methodologies.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent certification.
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and steer organizational cultural change.
Experience with software development processes and DevOps practices is a plus.
