Summary
The Application Administrator is responsible for the effective and efficient administration, support, and maintenance of software applications. This role ensures that applications operate seamlessly, are up-to-date, and meet the organization’s needs. Responsibilities
Install, configure, and upgrade application software.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.

Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
