Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive audience engagement.

Content Creation: Develop compelling, brand-aligned messaging and collateral for emails, social media, blogs, and website platforms.

Brand Management: Ensure consistency in visual and verbal brand identity while supporting thought leadership initiatives to elevate industry presence.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics to optimize marketing efforts and maximize return on investment.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and discover new opportunities for audience growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing deliverables with overarching business objectives.

Audience Engagement: Monitor and interact with target audiences across social and community platforms to foster meaningful relationships and build brand loyalty.

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, promotional activities, and industry events to enhance overall market visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

Required: 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a closely related field.

Required: Proven track record of successfully executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving audience engagement.

Preferred: Direct experience supporting brand management, event coordination, or thought leadership initiatives within a corporate environment.Technical Skills & Tools

Required: Proficiency in marketing automation and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).

Required: Hands-on experience with web analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign ROI.

Preferred: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).

Preferred: Experience utilizing social media management and community listening software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Soft Skills

Required: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically tailored for diverse content creation and brand messaging.
