Oversee sales budget and resource allocation for optimal performance.
Monitor sales performance and report on sales metrics to the executive board.
Negotiate major contracts and agreements with strategic clients.
Develop policies and processes to improve sales techniques and organizational performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote the organization’s values and product offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience in an executive sales role, preferably as a VP of Sales or Chief Sales Officer. Strong record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of market research and sales strategies. Ability to build and sustain client relationships at a senior level. Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and planning abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA is preferred.
