Summary
The Agile Program Leader is responsible for overseeing and driving Agile delivery across multiple teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage Agile programs, ensuring effective delivery of projects.
Facilitate alignment across Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
Promote Agile principles and practices across the organization.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies within Agile programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and report on program progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning within teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Agile project management or a similar role.
Proven track record in managing complex Agile programs and projects.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP) preferred.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
