Responsibilities
Design and implement observability frameworks for real-time monitoring and alerting.
Develop and maintain scalable logging, tracing, and metrics collection systems.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate observability tools into the CI/CD pipeline.
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and provide actionable insights.
Optimize performance and reliability of the observability stack.
Document observability best practices and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development or operations with a focus on observability or monitoring.
Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and architectures.
Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
