Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of mining operations.

Manage budgets, financial projections, and cost control measures.
Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals and workers.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local communities, and investors.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of mining operations, methods, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial projections.
Experience with safety regulations and environmental standards in the mining industry.
Proficiency with mining software and tools (e.g., MineSight, Surpac, Vulcan).
Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging working conditions.
