An AI Specialist develops and implements artificial intelligence solutions to improve business processes, products, or services. They work with machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other AI methodologies to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
Designing and deploying AI models and systems,
Researching and implementing appropriate ML algorithms and tools,
Developing machine learning applications according to requirements,
Selecting appropriate datasets and data representation methods,
Running machine learning tests and experiments,
Performing statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results,
Training and retraining systems when necessary,
Extending existing ML libraries and frameworks,
Collaborating with other teams to understand and implement business requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field,
Proven experience as an AI Specialist or similar role,
Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture,
Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms,
Ability to write robust code in Python, Java, R, or similar language,
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries,
Excellent communication skills,
Problem-solving aptitude,
Ability to work in a team.
