Novice
Under supervision, the specialist records receiving and issuance transactions, tags assets, and maintains stock ledger entries for procured items. They differentiate fixed assets from consumables, apply capitalization thresholds, and post historical cost and straight-line depreciation entries. They execute physical counts, flag basic variances, document disposals, and retain supporting evidence. Routine compliance checklists and asset register updates are completed with attention to accuracy.
