The RICE Scoring Model Prioritization Framework is a strategic tool used by Enterprise IT Product Owners to effectively prioritize products, features, and initiatives. It evaluates these items based on four key factors: Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort. Reach measures how many users will be affected, Impact assesses the potential benefit, Confidence gauges the reliability of data and assumptions, and Effort estimates the resources required for implementation.
