Atlassian Bamboo

At the Fundamental Awareness level, individuals are expected to understand the basic purpose of Bamboo and its role in the software development lifecycle. They should be familiar with Bamboo's interface and have a basic understanding of continuous integration and deployment concepts.

Novices should be able to create simple build plans and configure jobs within those plans. They should understand how Bamboo integrates with other Atlassian tools like JIRA and Bitbucket, set up notifications for build results, and use Bamboo's basic reporting features.

At the Intermediate level, individuals should be capable of managing multiple build plans, configuring dependencies between jobs and plans, and using Bamboo's advanced reporting features. They should also be able to set up automatic triggers for builds and implement basic error handling and recovery strategies.

Advanced users should be proficient in optimizing build performance, integrating Bamboo with other tools in the Atlassian suite, and implementing complex build workflows. They should be able to customize Bamboo's notification system and troubleshoot and resolve build failures.

Experts should be able to design and implement a comprehensive CI/CD pipeline using Bamboo, automate complex deployment processes, and customize Bamboo's interface and functionality through plugins and scripts. They should also be capable of securing Bamboo's environment and data, and training and mentoring others in the use of Bamboo.
