The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, analyzing key performance indicators, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient material flow, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. Analysts use data-driven methods, supply chain management systems, and reporting tools to identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain and fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to maintain optimal stock thresholds.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to align supply and demand planning.
Track order fulfillment cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, order accuracy).
Support implementation of process enhancements, automation, and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain master data integrity across supply chain systems (ERP/WMS).
Interface with external suppliers and logistics providers to resolve issues and improve service levels.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance, sourcing strategies, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards in supply chain operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with procurement, transportation, and inventory management best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis is desirable.
